BOURBON STEAK Winter Cocktails
Syrup and spice, served chilled or with ice, that's what winter cocktails at BOURBON STEAK at Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC are made of. The new cocktail menu created by Head Bartenders Jamie MacBain and Duane Sylvestre includes a mix of classic, specialty and market fresh drinks. All cocktails will range from USD 14.00 to 16.00.
The bourbon-based Brown Derby makes an appearance on the classic list as does the popular Donn Beach creation, Navy Grog. A staple in most tiki bars, the drink gets an update at BOURBON STEAK with its combination of three kinds of rum, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice and honey syrup. On the house cocktail list, imbibers can expect Skaal, a spicy Akvavit-based concoction made with lime juice, celery juice and spicy cane syrup; and Glaser's Ghost, which combines Compass Box spice tree and l'orangerie whiskys and aperol. Rye fans will gravitate toward the Updated with Whistle Pig Rye, madeira and bitters. Vegetables and fruits also make an appearance on the new cocktail list in the Market Fresh section with such additions as We Got the Beet, a mix of tequila and beet juice; and the Cranberry Cobbler, a bright drink combining Ketel One, sherry, cranberry-sage syrup, macerated cranberries and fresh citrus.
BOURBON STEAK will continue to offer its non-alcoholic cocktails all day long at the bar.
